Position Overview
NHCS/LELC is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative & Academic Services Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our academic and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient communication, scheduling, academic record-keeping, and coordination between staff, students, and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the school office, faculty, and leadership team
- Maintain academic records and assist with student enrollment, transcripts, and reporting
- Coordinate academic schedules, calendars, and events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student, parent, and staff inquiries
- Support communication with families regarding academic and administrative matters
- Maintain student records and family contact information/preferences
- Help prepare reports for internal use and external agencies as needed
- Manage confidential student and personnel files in accordance with regulations
- Support other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in school administration, academic coordination, or related roles
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a K–12 academic setting or nonprofit environment
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) or database management
- Understanding of academic policies, scheduling, and student services
