Joe Reinl - School Administrator & Teacher
Mr. Reinl grew up on a farm in the Chilton area on the east side of Lake Winnebago. As the youngest of nine children, he learned the importance of family and faith from his loving Christian parents. He earned his teaching degree from UW-Oshkosh in 1988 and taught in the Oshkosh Catholic System for four years. After a short hiatus from teaching, he joined Trinity Lutheran School in Oshkosh as principal/teacher in 1998. He earned his LCMS colloquy certification from Concordia, Wisconsin in 2001. He did graduate studies in school administration at Marian College. In 2025, Mr. Reinl joined the Eagle Family as administrator/teacher. He also serves as the contemporary service music leader for Trinity Lutheran Church. Outside of school Mr. Reinl loves performing music, fishing and spending time with his family. Personally, I became a Lutheran teacher to share the love and saving the grace of Jesus Christ to my students and their families. I also am very passionate about teaching my students to have compassion for their fellow man and that God expects them to be servants in life.
My favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:8-9 as it reminds me of my need to rely on God and not my works.
