A VBS Camp for toddlers through 5th graders
Are you ready to plug in and power up your game? New Hope's POWER UP Kids Camp is designed with special environments for toddlers (with a parent), preschoolers, and elementary aged kids to have fun building friendships with God and each other.
Thursday June 27th: 6-8:30pm
Friday June 28th: 6-8:30pm
Saturday June 29th: 9-11:30am
Sunday June 30th: VBS Celebration at 9:00am followed by Power Up Party
What does Power Up Kids Camp Cost? We ask for a donation of $10 per child to help defray the cost of Power Up! We don't want finances to keep anyone away, so please contact us if cost is a concern.
When can I arrive? Doors will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of VBS each day.
Can my child be in a small group with their friend? Yes. Please put that as a note when registering online.
Can I come if I didn’t pre-register or bring someone with me who didn’t pre-register? Yes. There will be a limited amount of walk-ins available on the day of the event.
What's different about the 2 year old experience at Power Up? We've designed something special for our littlest friends. 2 year olds will attend Power Up with a grown up in the preschool environment. There they'll spend some time singing, dancing, and learning together. Then they'll enjoy a brief age appropriate activity and can head home. This parent and child experience will also work well for any preschooler who isn't used to being away from mom or dad and won't transition well into our regular preschool Power Up experience.
How will you keep my child safe? All volunteers receive background checks and training prior to serving. Each family will be assigned a Family Security Code. This code will be used to make sure an approved adult is picking up each child at the conclusion of Power Up Camp.
My child has food allergies. Are snacks provided? We do include snacks as part of the daily Power Up experience. Please note food allergies on your registration. We're happy to share ingredient lists and you are welcome to bring a safe snack option if needed.
Do you have to attend New Hope to participate? No, everyone is welcome! Please join us!
Where is New Hope located? 1850 American Drive Neenah
Worship Celebration: The Worship Celebrations on Sunday morning last for one hour. Connectionland Junior is available for babies through the preschool age child. The Worship Celebrations will be a Family Experience (FX), which means engaging for the entire family! Please plan to join us for our 9:00am Worship Celebration!
Is there a VBS Carnival this year? This year our carnival has been replaced with two Power Up Parties to keep the fun going long into the summer! These will be free family friendly events featuring games, food trucks, inflatables, and more. Plan to join us as we wrap up our VBS weekend with a Power Up Party from 11am-1pm on Sunday June 30th, and again as we send off summer with one last Power Up Party on Sunday August 25th!
