What will my child be doing during ConnectionLand?
The fist stop is Activity Stations designed to provide a fun, child-centered, welcoming environment. Then, gifted communicators, music and motion, drama, puppets, and videos teach the Bible creatively to the children in a large group program. The children then gather into interactive small groups where they learn how to apply to their every day lives the Bible truth that has been presented.
What if a younger child has a difficult time separating from a parent?
Goodbye can be difficult for little ones. We have found that the easiest way to help your child transition is to give a hug and a kiss good-bye and leave your child with one of their Shepherds to engage in activity stations. Lingering can make separation more difficult. It is normal for young children to cry at separation, and is usually short lived. Be assured of our attention and intentional care of each child we are 
entrusted to. If crying persists of a preschool age child, we would like to ask that you would take him or her to participate in TenderCare and use that as a transition into ConnectionLand.
